MEP Masterminds Week 4: Mentoring Across Generations

In this session of MEP Masterminds, learn how important it is to embrace mentors. Although books will get you part of the way in your job journey, experience is the best teacher. Life offers each of us opportunities and different situations, which include mentors – surround yourself with as many as possible. In this session, David Francis will urge workers to pay heed to people, no matter what age, craft or position. Learn to listen and ask questions, because most people enjoy passing along stories and experiences. Lessons learned come in many forms, and sometimes the smallest things can be the best teachers. In addition, don’t forget to be a good mentor, as someone once taught you.
