The New Structural Analysis Tools in Revit 2023

Revit 2023 has completely overhauled the analytical modeling workflow. Now the physical and analytical models have the freedom to act independently.

The analytical model elements must be created separately from the physical structure however you are still allowed to “link” them together. This ultimately gives better control over the analytical model and what it is allowed to represent.
